The archetypes leave traces in our dreams

The dreams

are a representation of an intelligence that goes deeper than our personal lives.

Just as there are physical instincts that instruct

our bodies,

there are psychological instincts that instruct our minds, these are what the Swiss psychologist,

Carl Jung

defined as the archetypes:

the primordial images.

The archetypes leave traces in our dreams; however the archetypes are as old as the physical instincts,

as old as the human body,

as old as the ancient myths.
